Registration will be confirmed upon receival of payment. Only registration accompanied by the full payment will be considered. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the congress, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at foodloss@masterclassturismo.com.br

Payment via proceeds allocation document

The first step for those interested in attending Food Loss 2019 is access the registration system and fill out the requested information. 
After registration, the participant can access the system using the e-mail and password registered in the previous step. 
After that, choose in the form the activities for which attendance is required. Finalizing registration, a link will be displayed to continue for payment of the completed registration, choosing the option 'Proceed Allocation Document'.

Every participant should attach on the registration system a copy of the Proceeds Allocation Document on which the following data are requested to continue with the registration: 
 
1. Name of the event: First Latin America/Caribbean Food Loss and Waste Reduction Congress

4. Name of the person responsible for payments:

7. Fees due of every individual in the chosen category: either professional or student
8. Total amount of the Proceeds Allocation Document
9. Signature of the responsible for payment 
 
Proof of enrollment
Undergraduate and graduate students should attach to the registration system evidence of the student status such as copy of student ID or an official statement from a University or Institution letterhead to proof of enrollment for the semester 2019/1. 
 

Deadline for registration
Deadline for registration is March 18, 2019.

Cancelation policy
Cancelation of registration for any registration must be received in writing by the Food Loss 2019 Registration Secretariat via e-mail to foodloss@masterclassturimo.com.br before March 01, 2019.
An administrative fee of R$ 100,00 (one hundred Real) will be applied for any cancelation received before March 01, 2019. Cancelations of registrations after March 01 will not be reimbursed.
 

Transfer of registration
A transfer of registration is possible if requested before March 01, 2019. Requests have to be send via email to  foodloss@masterclassturimo.com.br 
In the situation of a change in category (student or professional) the difference should be paid via bank account transfer and the bank deposit slip send to the Congress Secretariat. Reimbursement because of changes in category will be made during the event. Attendees have to bring to the Congress Secretariat all the information for verification of the current status. 
 

Lost Badge
A new copy of the identification badge is possible and will be issued by the Congress Secretariat at a cost of R$ 50,00. 
 

Secretariat
During the Congress, a local secretariat will be available on site from April 01st to answer for any doubts and informantion needed by attendees.
